Amethyst, a long time resident of Pagosa Springs, has been collecting recipes and trying them out for over 50 years. She developed a web site about 10 years ago in order to share these recipes with anyone who cared to use them (amethysts-recipes.com ).
During the past couple of years she has designed recipe cards and put the recipes into a print format for her recipe box and has graciously agreed to share these cards exclusively with the Pagosa Review so that they can be printed out and added to any recipe box in Pagosa or elsewhere.
Below is a sample of the recipe cards that Amethyst will provide the Pagosa Review monthly:
Each month, Amethyst will share three new recipe cards with the Pagosa Review visitors.
